Get a Global Business Identity. Then Ship the Product.
Register a US or UK company, get your EIN, open USD, EUR and GBP accounts, connect Stripe and PayPal - and build the software on top of it. One team, one accountable assembly, no borders.
> typical entity turnaround: 7–14 days

You Are Not Blocked by Talent. You Are Blocked by Paperwork.
Stripe & PayPal say no
Not because of your product - because of the address on the form. Payments infrastructure is gated by jurisdiction, not by talent.
Clients discount you
Global enterprise platforms and international contracts often require a formal corporate entity with a tax ID and verified corporate banking.
The stack is scattered
Formation here, EIN there, a bank that rejects you, a developer who disappears. Nobody owns the whole assembly - so it never finishes.

The Infrastructure Layer, Once You Are Live.
> Phase 1
Cloud setup for startups
AWS, Azure or GCP configured properly the first time: IAM roles, network boundaries, storage, staging and production environments, CI/CD pipelines.
Your team ships code instead of debugging servers.
> Phase 2
DevOps audit & optimisation
A read on the infrastructure you already own - security gaps, cost leakage, uptime risk - delivered as a findings report with a prioritised implementation plan.
A fixed-scope answer to 'what is wrong and what do we fix first?'
> Phase 3
Always-on DevOps
Monthly monitoring, patching, backups with tested restores, scaling reviews and an agreed response window when something breaks at 2am.
Infrastructure someone is accountable for, every month.

Straight Answers.
Is this legal for a Nigerian founder?
Yes. Non-US residents can own a US LLC outright, and non-UK residents can own a UK limited company. The entity is registered in your name with the state or Companies House, and the EIN is issued by the IRS. Nothing here is a workaround - it is standard international company ownership.
Do I have to travel or hold a visa?
No. Formation, EIN issuance and account opening are all completed remotely. You never need to enter the US or UK to own or operate the company.
Delaware, Wyoming or UK - which one?
Wyoming is cheaper to maintain and privacy-friendly, which suits most solo founders and small teams. Delaware is the default if you expect US venture investment. A UK LTD makes sense when your customers, contracts or clients are primarily European. We recommend on the call rather than selling you the most expensive option.
What about tax?
A US LLC with no US-source income and no US presence is generally not subject to US federal income tax, but it still has annual filing obligations, and you remain responsible for tax where you are resident. We keep your filing calendar and connect you to a licensed accountant. We do not give tax advice.
Can Stripe or PayPal still reject me?
They can - approval is always the platform's decision. What we do is remove the reasons they usually reject: correct entity type, matching EIN, verifiable address, a real website, and clear policy pages. We prepare and submit the application with you, and re-work it if it comes back.
Do I have to take the whole package?
No. Take Foundation and stop there if all you need is the entity. Most founders start there and add banking, brand or the product build once revenue starts landing.
