Question 1

How much does a WhatsApp AI assistant cost?

Accepted Answer

Our Starter WhatsApp AI Assistant begins at a fixed setup fee of ₦350,000 + ₦65,000/month for continuous prompt tuning, Meta webhook maintenance, and model optimization. Advanced commerce engines with payment links (Paystack/Flutterwave) and live calendar booking start at ₦750,000 setup + ₦120,000/month.

Question 2

Can customers tell they are chatting with a bot?

Accepted Answer

The tone is natural, polite, and immediate, answering complex questions in seconds. However, we practice ethical disclosure: the assistant introduces itself as your digital concierge. If a customer asks to speak with a human or has an edge-case request, it triggers an instant one-tap handoff to your team with full chat history.

Question 3

What happens when the AI is wrong or doesn't know the answer?

Accepted Answer

We build with strict retrieval grounding and confidence thresholds. If an inquiry falls outside your official catalog, pricing list, or policies, the model does not invent answers. It politely states that it will notify a team specialist and flags the conversation for your staff, preserving customer trust.

Question 4

Will our customer data comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We enforce NDPA 2023 compliance standards. Customer phone numbers, addresses, and transaction records are encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in isolated databases. Sensitive customer data is never used to train public foundational models.

Question 5

Do you work with small and growing Nigerian businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specifically designed our Starter WhatsApp Assistant tier for growing businesses, clinics, schools, and retailers who lose revenue to unanswered WhatsApp DMs. You don't need a massive enterprise IT budget to automate your lead capture.

Question 6

What does the 'Discovery Phase' actually entail?

Accepted Answer

Our Discovery Phase isn't just a sales meeting. It's a technical deep dive where we audit your existing infrastructure, understand your exact business requirements, and draft a high-level architecture blueprint. We do not write a single line of code until we are certain the foundation is right.

Question 7

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

A turnkey WhatsApp AI Assistant is live within 14 days. A scoped AI pilot or workflow automation takes 2 to 4 weeks. Full-scale MVP engineering or enterprise platform modernization takes 8 to 12 weeks delivered in 2-week agile sprints.

Question 8

Who manages the project?

Accepted Answer

You will be assigned a Lead Systems Architect who acts as your direct point of contact. No outsourced account managers filtering technical details. You speak directly to the engineers building your system.

Question 9

Do you hand over the source code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once the final invoice for a phase is settled, you own 100% of the intellectual property, code, prompts, and cloud infrastructure configurations. No hostage situations.

Question 10

Why do you insist on Server-Side Rendering (SSR)?

Accepted Answer

SSR provides the perfect balance of instant initial load times (crucial for SEO and African network constraints) and butter-smooth app-like navigation afterward. We refuse to ship slow, fragile Single Page Applications.

Question 11

Do you use templates or build from scratch?

Accepted Answer

We architect from the ground up using enterprise frameworks like TanStack, Nitro, and Tailwind. We do not use WordPress or off-the-shelf themes. Every system is bespoke to your business logic.

Question 12

What is your stance on automated testing and evals?

Accepted Answer

Code without tests is legacy code the moment it's written. We enforce strict CI/CD pipelines that require deterministic gate tests to pass before any code reaches production. Every AI feature ships with a scored regression eval suite.

Question 13

How do you handle scalability under African network constraints?

Accepted Answer

We deploy on edge and serverless infrastructure (Cloudflare, AWS) utilizing distributed databases, strict bundle optimization, and offline-resilient caching. Your application is engineered to load in under two seconds on 3G connections.

Question 14

Is AI actually secure for our enterprise data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When integrating commercial LLMs, we utilize enterprise API tiers with zero-retention policies. For sensitive enterprise workflows, we deploy self-hosted open-weight models (Llama, Mistral) within your private VPC so data never leaves your infrastructure.

Question 15

How do you hedge against US Dollar API billing spikes?

Accepted Answer

We implement aggressive semantic caching, prompt token compression, and local model fallbacks. Repeat queries consume zero external tokens, shielding your business from exchange-rate fluctuations.

Question 16

Can you build autonomous agents for internal operations?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We specialize in building autonomous agents that can read, reason, and execute operational tasks (such as support triage, document parsing, invoice reconciliation) reliably with strict human-in-the-loop approvals.

Question 17

We used AI to build our MVP. Can you scale it?

Accepted Answer

This is one of our core services. We take fragile, AI-generated prototypes and rewrite them with production-grade architecture, robust authentication, and scalable databases while preserving the features you built.

Question 18

Do you charge hourly or fixed project rates?

Accepted Answer

We operate on fixed-price sprints and defined-scope milestones. You know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting before work starts. No open-ended billing surprises.

Question 19

Why do you maintain an active intake limit?

Accepted Answer

Senior systems engineering requires uninterrupted focus. By controlling our active client roster, we guarantee that our Lead Architects are never stretched thin across too many projects. Quality over volume.

Question 20

Do you offer post-launch support and tuning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer continuous retainer contracts for maintenance, SLA uptime monitoring, prompt re-evaluations, and ongoing feature development. We build for the long-term.

Question 21

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept corporate bank transfers in Naira (NGN) to our registered corporate account at RyteGrid Technologies Ltd., as well as international wire transfers (USD, GBP, EUR) and card payments via Paystack and Stripe.

Radical Transparency.
